- Surf City — Pender County
Pender County · Use a signed Town public entrance in the Pender portion of Surf City. Access 16 is listed at 300 North Shore Drive. The municipality also extends into Onslow County.
Dogs must always be leashed on the Town beach; the police FAQ limits the leash to 20 feet and requires waste cleanup. Preserve and other towns’ dog seasons do not apply to this municipal strand.
