Neptune Beach documents 25 public ocean access points between Atlantic Boulevard and Seagate Avenue. The city inventory distinguishes walkovers, sand paths, bicycle parking and dedicated vehicle spaces.

Most residential street ends have limited, scattered legal parking. An access point does not guarantee a nearby vehicle space.
