Atlantic Beach is one continuous municipal shoreline. The city's general recreation page says 19 ocean accesses, while its official access map labels the 20 routes retained here, including Ahern Street. This directory favors the inclusive map inventory so a possible public entrance is not silently dropped.

Use signed public entrances and legal parking. Nearby homes, hotels and businesses do not become public access routes.

Accessibility and parking

The city identifies accessible ramps at 3rd, 6th, 10th and 12th Streets and a Mobi-Mat at Ahern Street. Paid-parking programs apply at Town Center and the 18th/19th Street areas; consult current signs and the full guide.
