Osborne has boat slips, a canoe launch and a fishing pier on the James River. These are launch and park facilities; no named sandy beach arrival is established here.
Keep the named place and activity separate
Deep Bottom has two James River boat ramps and a separate Four Mile Creek canoe launch, plus fishing and picnic facilities. These do not establish a beach guide.
James River Association places Deep Bottom on a meander of the tidal James River. That geographic evidence is separate from beach or swimming permission.
