VIRGINIA · CITY COVERAGE REVIEW
City of Chesapeake coastal coverage review
Elizabeth River Park is a Southern Branch waterfront/boat-ramp reference. Its docks, fishing pier and paths do not establish a named sandy beach.
No qualified beach guide is published from this finite review. The source-scoped references below do not establish a sandy beach, swimming permission or a continuous public shore route.

Elizabeth River Park lists24-hour boat-ramp/trailer access; this is separate from the park’s sunrise–sunset schedule and is not beach access.
Deep Creek Lock Park offers woodland paths and a walkway across a tidal inlet/marsh. A canoe put-in does not establish a sandy bathing beach.
Great Bridge Lock Park is retained as an Intracoastal Waterway launch/trail reference, with the lock/canal and river sides kept distinct.
Northwest River Park is a riverfront recreation reference. Its stocked inland fishing lake, camping and rental facilities are not proof of a coastal beach or permission to swim in the river.
