Jacksonville Beach maintains a long system of dune walkovers along its municipal shoreline. This directory groups the official map’s numbered avenues with the city’s major facility hubs.

Consult the official map for the exact walkover symbol, construction status and whether a route is stairs, a ramp or flat. “Ramp” does not automatically mean ADA compliant.

Restrooms and mobility access

Published restroom locations are 19th Avenue North, 5th Avenue North, 2nd Avenue North and Oceanfront Park at 6th Avenue South. The city currently directs visitors seeking an ADA route to Beach Boulevard beside the Lifesaving Station; several other ramped walkovers do not meet ADA guidelines.
